Firestone Complete Auto Care

It was my first time taking my vehicle to Firestone and I will be the last. I took vehicle in for A/C check they said needed recharged but it still wasn’t blowing cold air they had other vehicle recommendation like antifreeze flush and new tires but when I picked up my vehicle I noticed my engine cover was missing! I took my vehicle back to them when I confronted them about my engine cover they said it wasn’t at their shop and it might be at different shop since I had service done to my vehicle 6 months ago. I said if that was the case why didn’t you say that in your finds and recommendations. They said we longer want to work on your vehicle and pick it up! So I took it to my normal mechanic they said the A\C wasn’t filled at all it’s very disappointing that I even took my business to this location!

Had another wonderful experience at Firestone! I was able to stay in the lovely waiting area during the my appointment with coffee and water for the wait. Multiple customers came and went with the front desk showing exceptional customer service (even to those who were not being very kind at all). I’m so happy to use Ryan for my vehicle maintenance and love coming here!

I recently took my car here and spent about $1,200 on repairs. Unfortunately, as soon as I left the shop the check engine light came back on, the car started making a strange noise, and the car honestly feels like it’s running worse than before. After paying that much, I expected the problem to be fixed or at least improved. When I went back the next day to get it checked, they blamed the issue on my driving instead of taking a closer look at the work that had just been done. That was really disappointing since I had just paid for the repairs. I would really think twice before going here. Spending that much money and leaving with more problems makes it feel like I got ripped off.

Nice older style repair center with old fashioned values. Car repair is expensive no matter where you go. Having the piece of mind knowing you replaced all the necessary parts is invaluable. Nobody needs extra parts replaced that arent needed or worse repaceing the wrong ones. Staight advice, no pressure, down to earth, common sense describes this shop.
